3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of ECU tuning files, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. Refunds may only be considered in cases where the product was not delivered or is proven to be defective.

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring correct usage and compatibility of the purchased files. Improper installation or misuse may result in vehicle damage. Professional installation is recommended.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mirnel Performance shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

All ECU files, software, and content remain the intellectual property of Mirnel Performance. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

Orders are processed digitally and delivered within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on complexity and workload.
